Breeze Block Gallery is located in the down town 1st Thursday Arts District in Portland, OR USA. Established in 2006, the gallery showcases contemporary emerging and established artists with solo and group exhibitions. Breeze Block is committed to presenting culturally significant artists to our collectors each month by programming with an eye for excellence and historical context. Breeze Block Gallery is owned and directed by Paige Prendergast and features a main gallery, a back room full of inventory, and an artist residency/studio space.

Behind the Name:
In the UK, cinder blocks are called breeze blocks. Coincidentally, all of our buildings have been made out of breeze blocks – an appropriate metaphor for our intention of always creating something, one block at a time.
